Men’s League

Our Men’s League takes place on Monday’s throughout the season starting the first week of May through to the end of September.  Tee times are available each week before 9:00 AM and between 1:30 PM and 5:30 PM at special league rates.

There is an annual registration fee which includes a welcome gift, drink nights, weekly prizes, prizes for yearend winners, opening night BBQ, end of season banquet dinner and use of Golf Genius scoring system.  There is a season long “points race” where the top 12 players at the end of the season receive entry into our “3 Buck Cup” event in October, which is a 27 Hole Ryder Cup style event against 12 RHGC Staff members!

Fun and Competitive

All competition is handicapped to ensure fairness for all skill levels; everyone has a chance to win weekly prizes for Low Net, Long Drive, Closest to Pin and more!

Points Race

An exciting season long race to the 3 Buck Cup, featuring weekly ‘Fedex Cup’ style points. The top 12 players qualify for a year-end ‘Ryder Cup’ style event.

Live Scoring

Our Men’s League features Golf League Genius Software, providing live leaderboards and mobile scoring, as well as a league website with results, stats and more!

Banquets and Lounge

Opening and Closing night banquets are included with your registration fee. And on other nights grab a table with your foursome at the 19th Hole Lounge after the round!

Women in Golf (W.I.G)

For over 25 years the Women in Golf League has offered a fun and welcoming environment for women of all ages and skill levels to play golf, learn the game and meet new playing partners.

The Women in Golf league started in 1997 as a Tuesday evening league with about 30 participants playing at the Richmond Hill Golf Club. It has since expanded to both morning and evening timeslots and grown to our current capacity of 200 ladies!  WIG members play weekly rounds on Tuesday mornings from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and Tuesday afternoons from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM.

All WIG members receive special league golf rates as well as Food & Beverage discounts and other prizes throughout the season.  Our Women In Golf League also utilizes Golf Genius software to offer fun weekly scoring competitions.

Our WIG Roster is set to a maximum of 200 members.  All members from the past season have the opportunity to return, with registration opening up on February 1st.  On February 15th we will open up any available spots to those on our wait list.  New members interested in joining are encouraged to add their names to the wait list below.

BOOKING POLICY

WIG members can book up to 4 weeks in advance through our online booking platform starting at 6:00 AM

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY

We request 48 hours notice if you must cancel your league tee time.

WIG LEAGUE RAIN CHECK POLICY

We consider inclement weather to be a part of the game of golf, however, if you are forced to abandon your round due to heavy consistent rain, lighting, course flooding, or if the golf course is deemed unplayable by RHGC staff, we will gladly issue a rain check under the following guidelines:

  • Less than 3 holes are completed – 100% rain check will be issued
  • Between 3 and 7 holes completed – 50% rain check will be issued
  • Group has teed off 8th hole – No rain check will be issued

We will not issue rain checks due to the threat of poor weather or light showers.  All rain checks issued will include value of green fees and power/pull carts.  Any rain checks issued prior to September 1st will expire at the end of the season, rain checks issued after this date will expire June 30th of the following season.  All rain checks are fully transferable.
